Pound
We house the pound for the cities of St. Peter, Cleveland, and Kasota, as well as Nicollet county. We always have animals in need of loving homes, so consider our pound pets if you’re looking for a new addition to the family. All animals are scanned for microchips and receive a full physical examination by a veterinarian. Dogs are heartworm tested, treated for parasites, and vaccinated for rabies, distemper, adenovirus, and parvo virus. Cats are tested for feline leukemia, treated for parasites, and vaccinated for rabies, panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis, and calici virus. If you would like to volunteer as a ”pound pal”, please contact Malinda Meyer at the St. Peter police department. Donations may be made at our clinic to P.A.W.S. (Providing Animals With Shelter). The following animals are currently available for adoption.
